  1. What time do classes begin?
    Training classes begin at 9:00 am and go until 4:30 pm. Please respect your fellow students and be on time.
  2. When are the breaks during class?
    Lunch is not provided. We break for lunch at 12 noon and allow an hour for lunch. There is a morning and afternoon break as well.
  3. What should I bring to class?
    You may want to bring a notebook and pen. You will be provided with a computer loaded with the application and student files. You will also receive a workbook or training manual for you to take with you when you leave class.
  4. Where can a stay if I am coming from out-of-town?
    There are many hotels close to our facility. Please check the listings we provide to find one in your price range. Please note that traffic in the Dallas area is very heavy in the mornings. If you are not staying in a near-by hotel, give yourself plenty of time to arrive to class on time.
  5. What do I wear to class?
    Please dress comfortably. We are very casual.

    Please refrain from wearing perfume or strong aftershave. Many students are allergic or sensitve to the smell.
  6. What is your cancellation policy?
    A full refund of your class will be made if you notify us at least 5 days before the class. We reserve the right to cancel a class should events occur beyond our control. If so, your class payment will be refunded in full.
  7. What payment options do you offer?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. Approved companies may submit a Purchase Order for payment.
  8. Do you offer the Apple Certification test?
    Yes we do. You need to contact Tony Huet or Tom Edgar to schedule a time to come take the test. Testing hours are between 8:30am and 5:00pm, M-F with a scheduled appointment. Each test generally takes 1 hour. The cost of the test is $150. If you have taken a class from us, the cost of each test is included.
  9. Do you offer the Adobe Certified Expert tests?
    No. Go to the Adobe certification page and see what tests are available. Then schedule your testing at your local Pearson testing center.
  10. Do you provide training on both Mac and Windows platforms?
    Yes, we have both Macintosh and Windows computers. When you register for a class, you let us know which platform you want to use during the training and we will set up that type of computer for you. Some classes, such as Adobe FrameMaker (Windows), Adobe Captivate (Windows) or Apple Final Cut Pro (Macintosh), are only offered on a single platform.
  11. Do you only train at your facility?
    No, we can do private on-site training at your place as well. Please contact Max for more information and pricing on on-site training.
